The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I needed wax rings installed on two toilets and two shut off valves replaced under the bathroom sink. I was expecting to wait weeks to actually get someone to the house and two days later, it’s done!

Christie was very friendly, communicative, and helpful in quickly resolving a bad experience with the technician who came to give a quote and sent Seth over to take care of it the next day.

Seth was professional, COVID conscious, communicative, and did a stellar job with the work. He even didn’t mind replacing the faucet on the sink (a job I had planned to do myself, but was happy to have done) as a late addition to the job. If you need work done, ask for Seth by name!
