Best Bathroom Fixtures in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.

I want to personally thank Romo for his excellent customer service. First I spoke to him and described the condition and immediately he tried to troubleshoot the issue, just as others had noted. Then we agreed at a time the next day and he was there at exactly that time He evaluated our faucet free of charge and then gave me recommendations on our path forward. Very satisfied as I felt he was looking out for my interest vs trying to make a buck. I have sense shared this experience with two others as they know I expect honesty and integrity and Romo will be my go to plumber in the future. Thanks

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

I hear water moving.....it sounds like it's under the slab!!!!!
I call McGill. Jennifer sets up an appointment. A bit later, Shane P. calls and says we should verify the leak location first, and connects me with Sleuth Leak Detection, who discover the leak is in a Floor Drain Trap Primer....not under the slab!!!!
I call Sean back and tell him about the Trap Primer. He has one in stock and has Jennifer set up a repair for the next week. At 8:45am, Sean calls to say his guy will be there at 9:00am. Jonathan arrives precisely on time, explains the process, goes to work and completes everything in in 1 1/2 hours!!!
Problem solved!!! I no longer hear water moving!!!!

The crew repiped my house. They were done in 1.5 days. All were pleasant and respectful of my home, trying to keep it clean (in the rain), and with minimal disruption to my work at home day. I would recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing to anyone who asks.
