The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Charles made a same day visit to my home a couple of months back. He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. I will definitely call upon him for any plumbing issues in the future!

I highly recommend Mike Wellington, The Handy Guy, as the go to handyman. From the moment he arrived he was focused and worked diligently to address our issues. He replaced the kitchen faucet, a faulty valve and repaired a sink drain very efficiently. He was able to take care of the unexpected faulty valve as he had a replacement valve and the tools needed in his tool kit. When I called him this morning, he gave me options for available times, maybe later this afternoon if other appointments went as planned or Wednesday. I opted for today and he readily communicated with me this afternoon was a go and arrived just as he predicted. I appreciated his skill set, communication, and his hard work.

Called them @ 10 PM on a Sunday night with emergency plumbing leak. They were out within the hour, fixed leak, and price was reasonable.

I have called Slaughter Plumbing on two occasions. They provide prompt and professional service. I am very pleased and will use them again. Seviceperson Dave is awesome!

I can't say enough about Romo's Plumbing!! I have utilized them several times and have always found them to be professional, courteous, timely, and to perform great work! Romo is very responsive and quick to respond when plumbing issues arise. Romo has helped me mitigate damages by responding so quickly. I highly recommend Romo's!

Jarrett arrived on time. Very professional and did a great job installing my new hot water heater. He was very competent and went beyond what I expected.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

I hired Everyday Plumber to install a new shower pan, and new sink and shower trim. They did a perfect job thanks to Todd, Jarrett, and Alicia for making it all happen so smoothly.

Had booked and paid for their “their estimate only to them to tried to reschedule three different times and then all the sudden the “quote” was not valid anymore because it was out of the reach of the three months Feel like we’re getting the runaround they have been very unprofessional upon timing dates scheduling everything

Can’t speak highly enough of the Drain Team as a whole and William especially. The drain clearing he did today was on a rental property and the tenant even reached out to tell me how courteous and professional he was on site. It certainly did not hurt that he charged much less than the ridiculous quote I received from another company and actually did a more thorough job than they were proposing. I’m so glad I went with The Drain Team (again, for the record! I had forgotten that they were the ones who had done a pipe repair years ago for me, which has had absolutely no problems since) I can definitely say they will be my FIRST call from now on!
