*Update: just received the promised refund check in mail so I increased my review to two stars. At least they followed through on that.*Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

Janelle and Chantelle were both pleasant and professional on the phone. Mike C. came out in a short time and diagnosed a leaking supply line for the water softener (no longer installed), which was leaking into the garage. He removed the faulty sections and cleaned it up with new PVC. No more leaks, and the membership I purchased offered a great value for future maintenance needs.
I recommend Joe Cool/Case Plumbing wholeheartedly and believe that you would be satisfied also.

What a rip off!!! I received a quote for $851 to take out a reverse osmosis water filtration system and to do a disconnect and reconnect on our kitchen sink. I told him I thought that was high and asked how many hours of work that would be. He said about 3. I paid the service fee and canceled the a/c we had scheduled for the next day.We called Giles’s Plumbing who did everything plus connected 2 new sinks in our master bathroom for $169.
