Todd was plumber number #6 to visit our home. We attempted to have Choice Home Warranty take care of the problem, but that was just a waste of our time. They sent out teams of plumbers with inferior equipment that failed to get the job done. After the last fail from Choice Home Warranty, we hired Todd to work his magic. And that is just what he did! Todd used real plumbers' tools to attack the problem, many times thicker and more heavy duty, successfully clearing a line that 5 other plumbers could not handle. Todd is a God!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've used these guys at least 5 times over the last 15 years and they are always professional, thorough and fairly priced. I had a busted hot water pipe under my home that I was made aware of at 3:20 PM yesterday. I called and left a voicemail, not expecting to hear anything soon. Well, to my surprise, I was immediately called back and told they could be there in an hour. At 4:19 that day, under an hour, they were there! 2 hours later, pipe replaced and no sticker shock! I was fully expecting to pay 3 times as much! Thanks guys! I'm a loyal customer for life!

With the plumbing tech on-site the cost went from $169 to replace a drain assembly to $331 when the P trap needed to be replaced as well. A P trap kit is <$10 from the big box store. Company is unwilling to provide an estimate on the phone for simple tasks such as replacing a P trap or drain assembly and my poor experience is the outcome of that. The plumbing tech was great and was the good part about my experience with Salemme Plumbing, LLC
