Texted in the morning about coming out today. They weren't sure if they'd have time but, they managed to squeeze me in! Tyler was very courteous and professional. He found the problem and quickly fixed it up. He even found an issue from the original installation where someone had done a poor job and he fixed that.

Bourgoing plumbing is extremely professional. They provided five star customer service and made me feel like family. I was in a tough spot with a crack in my shower and a clogged drain. Bourgoing plumbing was quick to provide an unbelievable repair and quality pricing. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with Matt's work on replacing my entire sewage line and replacing all of my home's old pipes. His quote was much lower than another plumbing company. He was always on time and could tell he was very meticulous with his work. He is very trustworthy, professional and I would highly recommend him if you need this more intense work done on your plumbing.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza

I used him in the past and things were good with him coming out. Now I've tried calling and left a message with no response ...nothing. This is so frustrating!

When I had a leak I called Chris at Majestic. He answered right away and was at my house an hour and a half later. He found the problem and quoted me a price almost half of what a National company had quoted. He came back the next morning and replaced my Water Heater in less than 2 hours. I couldn't have been any happier with the service. I would absolutely recommend Chris for all your plumbing needs!

Twice the price of Midway Services and less reliable. They invoiced us for 4 workers while 3 of them stood by the truck. Never again will we fall for Batton's tricks.

Dan came to my rescue not once but, twice! The first time, a neighbor discovered water leaking up through my floors while I was away. We reached out to Dan and he quickly was able to detect the leak (a contractor put a nail through my water system) and have the issue remediated. The second time was after Hurricane Nicole. I had water coming up through the floors and thought for sure that I would need to replace my concrete tile roof. But again, Dan was able to quickly detect the source (a ruptured duct) so that I could make the appropriate (and less costly) fix. Dan is prompt, knowledgable, and professional. I would not hesitate to use him should the need ever arise again.
