Zack our technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had our old water heater removed and replaced with a Rheem professional series 50 gallon, tall electric water heater installed included new 24” pan, expansion tank (T-5) to be current with code and ad on ball valve. We reached out to Batton to install our new water heater after our low-quality tankless gas heater failed us un expectedly. Since not having hot water is not ideal, we were pleased with their prompt response and competitive quote. They provided details on why the heater had failed and their recommendations of a replacement and moving its location.
