Water heater had a leak in the water tank. Dependable Plumbing changed the water heater with a better unit that had brass fittings and more insulation for energy conservation. He also changed the frozen ball value for water heater shutoff with a gate value. Since he was there he also changed the frozen ball value for the main house water shutoff with a gate value and protected the pipe to keep it from being damaged by the weed eater. He was very professional and gave me an honest price for the job. I was extremely happy. He will be my plumber for all future projects.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza

To be fair, my experience is only with trying to get a quote. I called them to replace a pipe and was told they could come in a few hours so I called into work to stay home. I called hours later and asked if they were coming and was told no because I had other plumbers outside my house. My usual plumber showed up out of the blue after I called that morning to complain because I have been trying to get quotes for awhile from them. I did not expect them. Charles plumbing told me they would not quote because I had other plumbers coming and they do not want to bid against others. So I'm just posting this as a warning as if their scared to bid they may know they can't compete. I would make sure you get other bids discretely to compare. Turns out okay, as my usual plumber apologized and gave me the usual reasonable quote.
