Toilet, tub, and., sinks backed up! Jim came out after 5 pm and stayed until after 8 pm to get things working again. He charged me less than I expected and I am surely telling everyone I know how great he and his son were! Thanks Jim and Zac really appreciate you guys.

Had a broken toilet at our rental home, it was a Friday. Called Clog Kings and they were able to get to the home on very short notice. Jack was the technician that came to fix the toilet. He was extremely polite and professional. I don’t normally give reviews but this was such a great experience I wanted everyone to know.

I was referred to Armor Plumbing by a friend, and spoke with Karen via office phone. She was able to give me a reasonable estimate for the replacement of two toilets (newer elongated/higher seat) with quality America Standard products, as well as replacement of washer on/off hose bibs. Ryan did a meticulous and careful job, being cognizant of my white tile flooring. Armor plumbing held true to their pricing with no hidden additional costs. They are trustworthy and professional, and I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Armor plumbing.

They came out on a Sunday night at 8pm in the rain to deal with our problem. Nick was great. He was here within an hour after we called , is very knowledgeable, and had no issue with going out in the rain to inspect our main line with the camera. He was up front and honest about the pricing. No extra charge for weekend or evening service. Will use this company again in the future.

By far the best plumbing company I have ever used. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years and I have never been so impressed and satisfied with a company in all my years. I had all of my old iron piping replaced in my house and they completed the whole job in 3 days start to finish while keeping my house clean and put together. Great team of guys that seem to really take pride in their work and the job turned out great! Very happy and will definitely being calling them with any plumbing needs and referring Mid county plumbing to anybody who asks!

Im so happy that we decided to call Gary. He was very professional and so helpful with resolving our issue. He even went above and beyond and gave me some tips and recommendations on tightening up our water efficiency.

I'd leave no stars if I could. Worst customer service from the owner in my life. Called them to come out, after recommendations from my HOA. Should have checked the reviews first, I certainly would have NOT called Allen's Plumbing. My story begins with a clogged up toilet, which was occasionally working and then sometimes it would not. On a call to Allen's plumbing I was told that a technician would go out and investigate and that they would call me with the results. I was further told if they found nothing that they would check with the HOA to see if others in building were having problems as well. I said I understand the process and would be waiting to hear from them. About two weeks later a get a bill for $146.00 for snaking the toilet, flushing it several times, and reportedly there was nothing found. I was not there when all of this was done, the tenant told me that the tech stayed about 20 minutes and they did not remove the toilet to check for obstructions as well. I would have expected that for almost $150.00 the toilet would have been removed, then snaked the line etc.

I went by to talk to the owner (Allen) about this and that I would be willing to pay a service charge but paying for the snaking of the toilet I would not. I feel the snaking was not effective, because a few days after they performed this service the toilet stopped up again. Which at this time, I got in my car and drove from Tennessee to St Petersburg to fix this issue. Went to Home Depo, rented a snake and got a new wax seal. Removed the toilet, inspected the toilet, snaked the line, put everything back and have not had a problem since. So, I just wanted an answer and to discuss this bill with Allen.

Well Mr Allen totally ignored me by staying outside blowing his parking lot off and chatting with his employees while I waited. He knew I was there and even told me he was coming inside. Well after waiting for 20 minutes total, I left. I guess that was his plan to ignore me and it worked. It worked so well, thanks. This was and has been the worst customer service from a company owner I have ever had. I have spent over 20 years in the military, having dealt with hundreds of companies and business owners and all of these dealings have not been great, but people are always respectful and willing to listen, talk, and work to resolve a customer issue. I am going to make it point to inform my HOA, the BBB, and all of social media about this company and their business practices and the way I was disrespected.

If he was not going to cut anything off the bill, just be a man and come and talk to me about it. Such a cowardly act! NOT RECOMMENDED
