Adam did an inspection for my ac and the duct work as well as just overall checking the system. He was very personable and professional. He went through my system and into my attic and found some leaks as well as poorly installed ducts. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed him walking me through my system as well as letting me know what exactly is going to happen over a long term use of the way it is now. He helped out a lot and was very timely on it as well. Our unit stopped working yesterday and had I been home they would have been able to get out that day. Very very likely to continue using Joe Cool services! Thanks again Adam and my dogs enjoyed your company too, basically wanted to go home with you haha.

Bill came out and walked me through everything Adam had gone over with me an hour previously and also was able to walk me through the best route for the future on what equipment we will need to use. I really enjoyed talking with Bill as we had quite a bit in common as well as he was very detailed with specifics and costs. Both Adam and Bill were on the same page when it came to costs of products and labor. Truthfully I really enjoyed my time with Joe Cool today, the gentlemen that work here are very personable and professional and I am very glad I had such a great experience! Bill I appreciate all of the time you spent with me and my wife over the afternoon explaining things thoroughly and giving us piece of mind in the long run and how to bring our electric bill down as well. Really really appreciate you guys!!

Louis was on time, polite, informative, quick, clean and efficient. He was very professional. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Mike helped me install some baby gates, adjust my gutter, and fix a door that was dragging on our floor. He was super responsive, on time, and reasonably priced. He also patiently answered my random questions for him. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be using him again.

The plumber who works here also works beside company. He was late 2 times and did not show up 3 times. He Installed in the wrong place water softener so i told him to move the water softener but he did not move it, and without installing two faucets, also he stole my package and went. I was no response after call and texting multiple times. When I text to him to ‘i will call police’ and then he left the stolen my package in front of my house late in the evening, but he had already opened my package. A few days passed, but still he had no apology or anything.This person works here!!!!

A storm ruptured the water main to the house. The insurance adjuster called Bob and he arrived within 2 hours. He gave me a short list of solutions and their cost. Before the end of the day I had running water. I am very pleased with the service and quality of Bob's work. I highly recommend him.

I have used them for a few items at my home and for my clients. But today Jonathan Deluca blew me away. He was fixing under my bathroom sink and I thought was going to have to lose my vanity I had custom made and he found a way to save it!! I was so happy! Thank you

We called the Drain team out on Oct 24,2020 for a clogged drain. They used the auger to free the drain it lasted for about 6 weeks just past the 30 day warranty the charge was $196.95, Called back out again for the same issue on Dec.8,2020 the charge was $350.00, Lasted 20 days, December 28,2020 called them back out, the tech refused to do the job without being paid first not honoring the 30 day warranty. I had to call the office and they told him to honor the warranty after several tries he said he needed someone to come out and blow out the drain with high powered vacumn. The cost was $1600.00 they said sand had gotten in the drain and sand mixed with water makes like a cement mixture the high power would clear the line. Well it lasted exactly 13 days Had to call them back out on January 11,2021. The tech who came out said the job he needed to do wasn't covered in the $1600 already paid. He wanted more money. Called the office and he finally tried to clear the drain, he wasn't able to. The office said they would no longer honor any warranties. Because of the blockage of the sand. Why didn't they when they first came out say there was a blockage and the drain line needed to be redone? Instead, in that short time they had charged us a total of $2,146.95 and we still had a clogged drain. Had the drain line been dug up and replaced the amount we had paid would have covered a good part of the cost to do so. Very dissatisfied and would never recommend them. My dad who is 86 years old, on a fixed income, paid the money then had to dig up the area and do part of the work. I would think twice before calling them. There are many other plumbing services in the area who also are available 24 hours a day.
