The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Call for a simple quote and when plumber gets here and puts me on auto pay for a membership I never wanted. Called to cancel membership and get a refund for $60 and have had to call for the past 2 weeks to get my money back. Each time I call it starts all over again with them not knowing how my money is being taken out my account.

David from Friend's Plumbing originally came out to give us a quote on changing the plumbing in our master bath from a single sink to dual sinks. While this project was in progress we had a leak from an upstairs condo come down into our kitchen and utility room causing mold and the complete tear out of both rooms walls and cabinets. Friend's responded immediately when we needed the hot water heater pulled out so we could get in to tear out the drywall. David has been back numerous times since to finish our vanity, install a new tankless hot water heater, and to rearrange the piping for a revised kitchen layout. Always prompt, courteous, and does great work.

I found this company by doing a Google search. It was almost 5:00 when I called and no one answered, luckily before I could dial the next place Joe called me back. I told him my situation and we scheduled a time for the next day. The 2 people who came out were able to find the gas leak in my attic and quickly get it resolved. Called to have a plumber come out to fix tub faucet. Was told after 4 p.m. for arrival. Called to check status as I heard nothing and kept getting told that plumber would show up. Was told that I was next in line at 6:45 p.m. and it should take about an hour. Never ended up hearing anything from them at all and no one showed up or called. Do not go with this company unless you want to waste your time with someone that does not value their customers.

Update to reply by owner for updated information: I did call back this morning in order to inquire about why no one showed up. The same woman that kept promising to me that they would come yesterday with an annoyed tone in her voice answered and told me well I was going to give you a $100 credit but I saw your review, so not sure if I can. I inquired about setting something up with this and due to my schedule it was going to have to be later again. Because it started to feel like a similar setup to yesterday I was a bit skeptical, so I stated the desire to just make a few calls first and then to call back and let them know. The woman stated sir if you call other businesses I will not put you on the schedule. I reiterated desire to just determine how I wanted to proceed by making some calls first and to let them know and she immediately hung up on me. This is a testament to how customer service is not valued here and how once again my time was wasted. Instead of working with me to help make it right they just continued to be rude and disrespectful.

Todd is seriously a life saver! Had an emergency on a Saturday and almost like magic Petrovic plumbing was on the case! Our issue has since been resolved and we are indebted! Everything was explained. Questions were answered and we are leak free! If you need a plumber-this is your place. Super funny (cause plumbing issues are scary), trustworthy and fair. Total keeper!! Kim and Bobby had the knowledge to put the clean-out in the correct location. Kim and Paul did the work and Kim was especially concerned about the correct cutting and placement of the clean-out. The best review I could give them is I will use them again.

Miracle plumbing came out on short notice to replace our water heater. It was late in the day, but they stayed to get the job done and my family all got to have warm baths/showers. I've called them back for other repairs and they always did great work.

Called to fix an issue I was having with my shower. Bob Frank Plumbing was immediate in getting out to fix my problem, they had someone on site an hour after my call. They also kept excellent communication with me throughout the process (I was not home when they came to fix). I would absolutely recommend them.
