I phoned at 10 a.m. on a Friday, and Jordan (the plumber who came out) arrived at 11:20 a.m. In 15 minutes, I arrived inside, identified what was needed, and generated an estimate. Did the work and went above and above to fulfill our needs, in my perspective. There was no greater service I could have asked for. The price was reasonable, and the service was professional. A++

This was our first experience with this company. We chose it based on the charity affiliation. Our experience was beyond unsatisfactory solely on the repair person we were given. We encountered not just one problem with him but it just got worse and worse to the point I needed to call for my husband to come home because this tech was night normal. We had him leave and called company immediately. Fast forward the customer service is 110% and the tech they sent out to complete our situation was the BEST! Because of Richard Quoma and the customer service I will always use and refer them as reliable and best qualified. I know they are the five ⭐️ minus this unfortunate incident.

Worst plumber in the world!!!!!! How many plumbers does it take to figure out a pipe is leaking? Apparently more than 3. Took over 2 weeks to get these plumbers to fix a leaking dirty water pipe. The words-customer service-mean nothing to them. They demand you work within their schedule but when you do and make arrangements to meet their demands they show up HOURS later then they said. HOURS!!!! Please don't waste your money with Lacey plumbing! Bad service should not be rewarded.
