I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. When completed cleaned up the entire area to where you can’t even tell they were here. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! You all are the best!

Had a sewer line backup at our vacation home, read the reviews and decided to go with Plumbing by Paul. He treated us like family even when we weren’t there and did an outstanding job. I contacted Sample Plumbing about what appeared to be a leaking toilet. The first issue was they said they would possibly come out the next day but definitely could the day after. They never called the first day or came out. The second day I called them back and they told me they had a tech coming out. When he came in he lifted the toilet lid and the fill valve tube had simply popped out. He put it back and the toilet was right back to working. Now, I recognize that I made a mistake in not checking for this, but because the water was overflowing in the back of the tank it appeared the water was leaking from the tank or toilet itself. When the tech flushed it a few times and felt sure it was the problem he headed out. I thought he was not going to charge me, and I said 'I need to pay you something for your time'. He said the office would send the bill. I should have inquired more about what the bill would be. As I was shocked when the invoice came for $160.00. The tech was in my house for 5 minutes. I certainly understand drive time, etc... I called the office and spoke to Simone, she said she didn't handle billing. I asked if a supervisor or someone in billing could call me back. I told her I was perfectly fine with paying $80 or $100 as I know a lot of service calls require that for appliances and things to be checked. I was happy to pay something for his time, I just felt the cost was really unfair based on the service provided. Simone said the tech logged he was at my house for 15 minutes. 10 of those I know he was sitting in his truck (as my office overlooks the street). And my question now is, does 15 minutes and no work justify $160? I asked Simone to call me back after she talked to a supervisor or billing. She never called me back. I called back about a week later and again she never called me back. That is just really unprofessional. I would not expect this from a small plumbing company, it seems to me it would make sense to meet in the middle in this situation. I will not be using Sample Plumbing again.

I had met Jamin on many jobs over the past 15 or 20 years. Seen him working in many restaurants and industrial sites. Personally we had our own plumber that we and many of our friends have used. This other plumber has also worked on my parents home, my grandparents home. When it came time to do some work on my parents home, I called our old plumber in mid October. To busy will do in a few weeks......this went on for THREE months. We had about a week's worth of worked lined up for him. Finally in January he has a day free. Our plumber, came to Dad's home and said I can't do all this in a day! DUH!! He was told to pack his tools and leave.( I had been doing some investigating during the 3 month span, looking for Jamin, finally saw his truck!!)My wife and I did much of the work our selves getting things ready for our plumber. We had one re occurring issue we could not fiquire out. I called Jamin Sunday afternoon, to leave a message. HE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! Told him no hurry, just get back with me. He kept in contact with me and was on his way on Tuesday!!! We had another contractor present that day and Jamin worked with and around the current contractor!! He quickly scaled the side of Dad's house (think spiderman) and cleared out the issue. Problem solved in no time flat!! Please keep in mind my wife and i had rented a jet power washer and taken up both toilets to clean the sewer system a few weeks before. Dug up the sewer lateral, to watch the junk flow out. At the end of the day the other contractor mentioned how WELL ORGANIZED Jamins truck was and how pleasent he was!!!!! So I texted Jamin Friday to let him know we have erased ALL our previous plumber people and that we will be leaning on him from this point forward. He is now part of my team. Also to the ladies out there, he treated my wife well, and respectful.

I had a great experience with Local Plumbing Inc. They are great at what they do and very knowledgeable. They help me feel comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anybody who's had a water leak in their home.
