Richard just came out fixed leaky faucet,very nice man on time ,called before good price & in & out within 45minutes,would highly recommend this company to any of my neighbors,excellent work,didn't have to replace the faucet ,fixed parts & works great,thank -you so much Richard,the ease of repair was the bright spot of my day today!

David from Friend's Plumbing originally came out to give us a quote on changing the plumbing in our master bath from a single sink to dual sinks. While this project was in progress we had a leak from an upstairs condo come down into our kitchen and utility room causing mold and the complete tear out of both rooms walls and cabinets. Friend's responded immediately when we needed the hot water heater pulled out so we could get in to tear out the drywall. David has been back numerous times since to finish our vanity, install a new tankless hot water heater, and to rearrange the piping for a revised kitchen layout. Always prompt, courteous, and does great work.

I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. He then ran all new supply lines, and overcame some obstacles and challenges that an old house presents. I called Brandon about a blockage in our main drain and he was able to come out the same day! He was able to clear the blockage with his machine and used his camera to ensure the line was clear. At that time he recommended we have are septic tank serviced because it was full (we hadn't had it serviced since we moved in 6+ years ago). I told him we had always had problems with our kitchen sink backing up and he looked at it and determined it was grease buildup. He attempted to clear it with the drain cleaner, but ended up having to use his jetter. It took a little bit of work because there was so much buildup, but he was able to get the line clear and showed me on his camera that it was clear. Brandon went above and beyond and I will call him in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Todd was plumber number #6 to visit our home. We attempted to have Choice Home Warranty take care of the problem, but that was just a waste of our time. They sent out teams of plumbers with inferior equipment that failed to get the job done. After the last fail from Choice Home Warranty, we hired Todd to work his magic. And that is just what he did! Todd used real plumbers' tools to attack the problem, many times thicker and more heavy duty, successfully clearing a line that 5 other plumbers could not handle. Todd is a God!
