Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.

Todd is seriously a life saver! Had an emergency on a Saturday and almost like magic Petrovic plumbing was on the case! Our issue has since been resolved and we are indebted! Everything was explained. Questions were answered and we are leak free! If you need a plumber-this is your place. Super funny (cause plumbing issues are scary), trustworthy and fair. Total keeper!! Finally an honest plumber! We have been consistently having problems with our plumbing. Not only was he lower priced than all of the other competitors -- he responded quickly and was quite friendly. Instead of suggesting a quick fix to ensure that he would be back (like many other plumbers have done) Charles Plumbing told us how to actually fix the problem.

I thought the guy was very nice and he did his work fast and efficiently. But I live in a mobile home and I had a clogged drain. And he wanted to charge me $500. I told him no he called his boss and they said the best he can do is $300. I was expecting every bit of 200. So I agreed to the 300. It literally took him nine minutes to do the whole job. I think it was very overpriced but other than that it was fine. The only reason I gave three stars was because I feel that the company overcharged for what they did.

Tyler was the plumber.He hooked up everything incorrectly.Poor excuse for a plumber.Would not recommend in a million years.

We interviewed numerous plumbers for our project in Dunedin, which involved significant amount of work. Cesar of Miracle Plumbing was by far the most professional, knowledgeable & hard-working plumber that came out. During the entire project, Tiffanie of Miracle Plumbing kept us informed and communication was excellent. Miracle Plumbing executed their scope of work above expectations and we look forward to working with them again on another project.

Had another plumber come out
Was told my pipes were collapsed would have to be replaced did not fix problem. Bob Frank Plumbing came out discovered the problem was some Roots fix problems and was very professional

Aarron and Tyler were professional, knowledgeable and all around good humans. Aarron did not hesitate to get into the crawl space as previous plumbers have. He diagnosed the problem right away and even made friends with my gaurd dog. 😁
Overall Salemme plumbing was priced better than competitors and the gentleman they sent to my home sealed the deal! Nice to know good companies still exist. Thank you Salemme plumbing.
