My garbage disposal made a horrible sound when I turned it on. Based on the excellent reviews, I called Clog Kings and I am so glad I did! Kenny was punctual, extremely professional and honest. He found the problem in minutes and fixed it I was extremely impressed with Kenny and this company. I will absolutely call them again! Highly recommend Clog Kings!!!

Billly came to the house on time, very professional, and very friendly. He replaced several valves and supply lines efficiently. He checked all of his work and everything looked great. He made a couple of other recommendations, which will probably be done in the future. Excellent service.

After a very busy weekend, late on a Sunday night, our toilets began to back up and in quite a serious way.
Mr. Rooter had assisted us in a previous situation, so we reached out to Mr. Rooter who was very quick and very punctual in responding to our request.
The owner came by, which was a very important part of our decision making as it showed us how they took the situation and its importance to us. Adam and Luke also came with the owner.
After clearing our sewer lines, Adam reviewed the lines with a camera walking our family through what was seen. This was very enlightening and would also assist us in making the decision to fully correct the issues with the pipes that would fix the situation completely. Adam did a great job helping us understand the situation, answering all the questions, even the ones we went over again.
We certainly did not want this to happen again, especially while guests were at the house.
What happened next was a breath of fresh air. The project included significant digging and laying of pipes (correcting a serious flaw). Luke (the owners Son) and his assistant spent the next 6 days completing a very large project with never a negative attitude or frustrated look. They were focused and clearly following a specific outline of what to complete.
Luke’s professionalism, work ethic, vocabulary and knowledge of what needed to be done made it so we did NOT have to micromanage the project. We made ourselves available if needed, asked if they needed any refreshments without having to ask where they were. We were informed each time when they took a break and lunch or dinner. Often they worked after nightfall.
Our family we were ALL impressed with the Company AND Luke.
Today, Our family would like to highly recommend this Company, Luke, his father the Owner, Adam and Luke’s assistant.

I had Brandon with Scottos come out to take a look at my water heater. They replaced it promptly and professionally at what I felt to be a good price.

This whole experience was great, minus the problem in the first place. The lady who answered the phone was nice and Frank letting me know that they they were unlikely to come out the same day. I still booked and was pleased when I was called back and told they would be there at 3:30. Joe knew the problem right away and quickly gave me the scenarios, both good and bad. Luckily, it was easily fixed and they were out the door in an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Ian has been out several times over the past year. Everything from leak detection to repair. We repipped the whole house. Have done valve replacements in both bathrooms. Great expeiences everytime. Would use and recommend!

I called Brandon about a blockage in our main drain and he was able to come out the same day! He was able to clear the blockage with his machine and used his camera to ensure the line was clear. At that time he recommended we have are septic tank serviced because it was full (we hadn't had it serviced since we moved in 6+ years ago). I told him we had always had problems with our kitchen sink backing up and he looked at it and determined it was grease buildup. He attempted to clear it with the drain cleaner, but ended up having to use his jetter. It took a little bit of work because there was so much buildup, but he was able to get the line clear and showed me on his camera that it was clear. Brandon went above and beyond and I will call him in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Not a professional and very difficult to work with. We purchased a house after he replaced the water heater. When we moved in the water heater was leaking so he came out and “fixed” it, but it continues to leak. Then for 2 months he would not return our phone calls. Now he finally answered our calls, but he tells us that in order to fix the leak it needs something that will cost us money even though his work and the water heater should be under warranty. This guy will not stand behind his work. Oh and when I asked him why he needed to do the “fix” he is proposing he just called me an F’ing idiot and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Technician Raif Bixhuli was responsive, friendly, and professional. Raif cleaned the area of completing his work. Highly recommend using Raif.
