I was very impressed with how fast I received response to my voicemail, and in very short order, I received notification that someone was on the way (and I could track their location through a website sent to me in a text message informing me thy were on their way). They assessed the clog situation, provided me (a very reasonable quote), and did the work, all in a very timely fashion. Very professional and courteous. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

We have several properties and wouldn't think of calling any other business when the urgent need for plumbing expertise arises. Our family has done business with them for over 25 years and will continue to. A wonderful family business with the knowledge and experience to fairly assess and handle any situation. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are without question, the best!

What a horrible horrible experience I am having with this company for a second time in a row. I will not offer them my business again nor will I recommend anyone to them. They don’t show up for appointments. They don’t contact you.

Today I had a personal guarantee from one of the associates there that someone would be at my house within 4 hours of my phone call at 8:45am. PERSONAL GUARANTEE. It is now 3pm and no one has called or shown up, and I only get an answering service. They have once again put me in a very bad position and have zero accountability. Now if they contact me or resolve this I will amend the review and let you know honestly how it ended.
