I have been a long time customer, but not any more. They came out to repair a small leak in my water pipe. In the process my water softener was moved to fix the pipe. The water softener previously worked perfectly. After the plumber left, the tap water turned orange. The orange was the resin from the once perfect water softener. It got throughout our water system and clogged the faucets. Slaughter sent out plumbers on 2 occasions. None helped other then to say my faucets were 'Off Brand' (they are rubi). Their only solution was to charge me up to $1200 to replace my water softener. The last plumber to visit said that he would have the owner give me a call which never happened. SO BEWARE!!!

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

When he found issues or concerns he explained what they were in easy to understand terms. He did a thorough job and was very courteous and neat. Eric at CW was incredible! We could hear water running in our wall and Eric showed up within an hour to find and fix the leak. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me the leak, and fixed it quickly. All on a Sunday morning no less. It was a tight spot due to my water heater being in front of the wall the leak was in, but he was able to get to it without needing to remove the water heater. I can’t say enough good things about his work or the timeliness and quality. You can’t go wrong calling CW!!

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. You can’t get any better than D’s plumbing solutions. Thank you Daniel!

The service was great--the technician was polite, professional, and helpful, and even though it took a significantly longer time than expected to fix the problem, I was charged the price I was quoted when I called ($185 to fix a toilet that was backing up into the shower). I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be using them again.
