We used Slaughter for the installation of a water heater. Granted, i had the job set up for him, to make it easier and quicker. He was on time. efficient and did a good job. Met me expectations. Reasonably priced as well.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This is my second time using Plumbgreat Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. It is difficult to find businesses that are honest and well priced, and this is one of them! I am so glad I found Charles. He is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

Felix Rivera came out to deal with our water pressure issue we were having in our kitchen sink and he did a great job finding the problem and helping us come up with a solution. He replaced three frozen lines that went to the sink so that my husband could safely replace the faucet without worry of flooding -- and went above and beyond to clear out our old faucet so that I could continue to use my sink until we could replace it with the holiday season approaching. He was professional, friendly and patient. Highly recommend Felix Rivera and Everyday Plumbers overall!

In the past I have had plumbing techs come out, do the job and then leave without a word or explanation, or letting me know what the problem was. Tyler took the time to explain the problem, thoroughly in laymans terms. He didn't try to take advantage of me being a female. He was 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and called prior to make sure that was ok, not just showing up. He told me the price up front, what to expect, and how to manage the problem until I am able to have the real problem taken care of. This has been my 2nd time needing to use PBP in a pinch, and both times I am beyond satisfied with the quality or workmanship and professionalism with their staff - from the initial frantic phone call to the office this morning to the time the tech came and completed the job. Thank you for being a reputable plumbing company.

Dalton Holder and his helper, Sid, replaced an antiquated, cast iron drain pipe under my house and re-routed the delivery to the kitchen sink to avoid the p-trap getting clogged. They arrived on time, were meticulous with their workmanship and left my kitchen clean. They also checked a few other issues with my shower and toilet and gave excellent professional advice concerning those issues. I will never use another plumber as long as I own my 1925 bungalow. This company is top notch, friendly, professional, courteous, EFFICIENT and reasonable. Do not hesitate to call Dalton and his crew. You will not be disappointed!
