Had a garage furnace put in two years ago. Did not fire up this year, made a call and Rumpca has some one out very next morning and fixed the issue. Fast, Friendly, great service and stand behind their work.

Andrew was very prompt and professional. He was thorough in making sure the issue we were having wasn't a symptom of a larger problem. He explained everything he was doing and also gave us good advice for preventative maintenance that we could do on our own.

Matt Solko at Abbott Ferraro designed the HVAC system to heat/cool a new second floor on my home. The new 2-zone system is doing a great job of keeping the second floor as cool as the main floor. On top of bringing a superb level of competence, Matt is a very honest person with a great work ethic.

This company uses deceptive business practices! In May 2019 we called to have them tune up our AC. They were over 8 hours late for their first appointment so I had to reschedule. Then when they did show up, they finished up with a laundry list of things I needed to replace in my HVAC system. Being new home owners and not knowing that last time our system was tuned up, we chose to do the repairs/maintenance that they described as being the bare minimum because I had the feeling that they were trying to swindle me. The bill for the bare minimum was about $2k, but if I joined their membership club I would get a discount bringing the cost down to about $1800. Additionally we needed to do financing to pay for it. The sales/repair person explained to me that the club membership could be cancelled at anytime and the financing was for 1 year interest FREE. Then when the first bill came we discover that it was actually interest DEFERRED financing. Meaning we had to pay it off before the year was up to avoid paying 30% interest on the repair. Fast forward about 6 months. We've paid off the repair to avoid the interest charges. I contacted Service Today to cancel the club membership only to find out that their club membership was a year long contract and to cancel early I would have to pay back the discounts on the original service and pay for the furnace tune up we received as a part of the club membership, which amounted to almost $300. After finding out that we were deceived twice, I will NEVER you this company again. After calling and writing a similar complaint to their club membership department, they have yet to reply with any explanation for their deceptive practices. - After writing this review, Service Today did reach out to me to inform me that they are addressing my concerns with their staff. Hopefully others won't have the same experience as me.

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

We finally found a professional, reliable plumbing company! McQuillan helped us when no one else could. They are reasonable, trustworthy, we felt listened to and Conor was very thorough and efficient. The prices are so much more reasonable than any other company we tried. They are the best!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

The guy used terminologies the explain that the whole fan needed replacement. It was all a lie, from the office, they asked I pay $59 but the guy made me pay $183.He explained he spent an hour on diagnostic work, using his tools of trade.After he left, he turned everything off saying it was an electric hazard, which was ok but he went downstairs, opened the hvac, open! The outside fan behind my house was left open as well.I suffered with kids in the house that whole night!! The following day, I told my son to put the covers back in! To the fan, there were two fuses he left on the fan. Trying them, they were dead! They weren't passing electricity, we took them as samples to homedepot, bought new electic fuses for &5 each, put them in, the fan was up running and the house cooled. It's still running good.He really scared the hell out of me they sell the fan @ around $6k interest free for 18 months, I needed an electrician too to fix the hell he imagined of.I thank heavens I never fell into this. It was only an electric fuse that had blown and a professional should have known better!!!

I LOVE Kelly Plumbing! We have used their services for the last 7 years at our home in Highland Park. We recently had to replace our water heater and Jody, their friendly office person, was able to squeeze us in this month. The guys are so friendly, easy to work with, and much cleaner than other companies we've used! I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.
