Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

Always had prompt and good service, up front with pricing although probably not the cheapest service I’m willing to pay more for cheerful, quality service.

Have always done good work. They tune up my furnace and AC. Fixed something on my furnace today. They show up when they say they will, courteous, etc. I think twice they came same-day, on cold winter days when the heating went out. Thank you!

EDIT- 10/17/17: This company represents failure at every level. It has been roughly two months since my ordeal has been done...and I'm still experiencing the ineptitude of this company. In that time, the customer service rep forgot to send the compensation that was promised me for all their errors. I had to call him 2 weeks after the day on which he said he'd send the compensation and he had yet to send it to even put it in the mail!Additionally, just today I discovered the sealant they had used to seal the PVC pipes coming out of my furnace is leaking water. Mind you, this is after 4 separate visits to correct these issues, including one where they had their manager come out the fix the issue. I'm headed to the hardware store to fix it myself. I'm done with this company. Every level of their customer service chain is inept. Their call center reps, their field technicians, and even their managerial staff. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS: Had this company replace my air conditioner in late June. The actual installation seemed to go well and the unit works. However, the city inspector came out and found numerous issues with the unit and the way the installer put my furnace back together that he did not like. Three weeks later, I am now on my 3rd scheduled appointment with this company to come back and fix the problems that shouldn't exist in the first place. They keep canceling my appointment. Funny how they'll show up perfectly on time when I have to shell out $7,000 for a new A/C, but when they actually have to fix their work for free, they cancel and are terrible at getting back to you. Also, I'll add, the installers got some sealent on my closet door and now there's a pencil-sized purple mark permanently on the door.

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

Came in looked at the problem and help replaced our heating unit quick and smoothly. Professionalism was 10/10. It also came with a multi year warranty.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

He came out in march our tank was full just move in did even now that we had to have it pump our coverit it was cold out side he pump it we had to ruff it for a while was dish my hand dish ect he told us a lot about our tank

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Bennett was very helpful and informative when we had him come out to assess our leaky water heater. Unfortunately we need a new water heater, but Cory and Vincent did a great job installing it and everyone was very friendly. We are happy to be switching our monthly service to Bonfe.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

He has been in this line of work for decades and uses the top quality materials at affordable price.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
