Best Water Heater Inspect in Saint Paul MN

We tried to start up our central air conditioning over the weekend and the outdoor unit didn't start. On the day of our appointment, the technician called ahead before he came, showed up on time, and went straight to work. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to check. We're very thankful for the quick response time, knowledge and expertise in debugging and resolving HVAC related issues!

Nick with Ron the Sewer Rat was great. Calm, professional, and a creative problem solver. The company couldn't help as quick as I had hoped - I needed a basement toilet and sewer line unclogged. However, they had a cancellation 2 days earlier than my appt and sent Nick over.He unclogged the sewer, removed the toilet and capped it, and helped determine that another drain was not at fault. This was done at a great price and very professionally. I would recommend Ron the Sewer Rat to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks Ron! (and Nick!)

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

Had a cracked main drain line out by the road. They showed up when they said they would, did the work the said they would and then some, and charged the amount the said they would to the penny. They were also $1000 cheaper than the next best price. Highly recommend!

Customer service is very friendly. I am however disappointed in the lack of communication about when they will arrive and when they are running late. The first day the tech was on time and great to work with. The second day we where scheduled to have a supervisor. 45 after my arrival window past and I hadn't heard anything I had to call the company to find out he was running late. It was 3 hours later that I finally heard from supervisor. I rescheduled the supervisor to come the next day and he arrived within the arrival window. The supervisor was very nice and explained well the situation. I would have given more stars but feel the company fell very short not having someone contact me with updates. I call or even a text to let me know they where running late would have prevented the fewer stars. If I may make a suggestion I would highly suggest having techs and supervisors call or text with updates. Especially if the arrival window has already past. Other then that the tech supervisor and the crew that installed the new furnace did a great job.

Tyler’s sunny disposition and expertise had my AC fixed and running in under two hours. He had everything needed for the job and was informative as to how to prevent the problem from happening again. Mice were the culprit!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

A+. I was not to happy to have my 5 year old furnace not working for the second time. BUT Josh from APOLLO came out showed me the issue and fixed it. Was very friendly and knowledge. Some guys would not show you the issue, he did. APOLLO stands behind their product. Very fast service too.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
