We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Called Roto Rooter due to a sewage backup in my basement. The appointment was scheduled immediately and I received a call with a 30 min heads up on arrival, which was extremely helpful.The service tech, Brian, was very respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He walked me through what the entire process would be, what the potential issue could be and proceeded to do the work while I went on with my morning. Upon my return, Brian explained to me exactly what the issue was and ran a few tests to ensure the issue was handled so I wouldn’t have to deal with this moving forward. He also explained what could be done to prevent this in the future. Rest assured that, if Brian is in your home doing the work, you’re in good hands.

I had a new furnace installed by AirTech in 2018, who Service Today then acquired. They are now stating they will not honor the warranty that was part of the furnace purchase. Very disappointing that they would try and state that through the acquisition of this company that they would acquire the customers, building, fleet and other aspects but would try and say they did not acquire any agreements and warranties with those customers. Very disappointing and a really poor business practice and customer service approach. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them until they fix this practice.

Pedro was amazing! He communicated the problem well and found the most efficient solution for our leaky pipe that caused water damage in the floor below. At every stage he communicated his findings and gave us options for solutions. He is the only person we will trust with our plumbing needs!

Josh was timely and courteous. He completed repairs in about three hours including a run to warehouse for parts. Very good service.

I was supposed to receive a call from a manager to discuss my 2 cancelled appointments. That call never came.Updates: They claim to have called me, and have a record of it. My cell phone history has no record of the call, and neither does the cell phone bill for that time period which tracks all inbound and outbound calls.In response to owner saying high temps in June caused my appt to be cancelled, day of. The 1st appt they cancelled, day of, was May 19th. High that day was 61 and the low was 44. Use this info however you see fit.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
