We can not say enough good things about Rumpca! Our AC went down during the recent hot spell and we were scheduled for an upcoming baby shower and out of state guests. After reaching out to a couple of Lennox dealers, we realized we should have started with Rumpca. Not only did they get someone out to our house same day (which no one else would do). We had our AC fixed in less than 24 hours after our initial call. The tech Josh was very knowledgeable and a great service attitude. We will now make Rumpca our FIRST
CALL every time for all our HVAC needs.

Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

We had two drains that needed clearing - first off, they were VERY accommodating with our schedule. We only had a small window of when we got home from work & when our infant twins go to bed to have someone come in. Rotorooter understood our situation and had someone at our door in one hour. Dave was awesome - super professional, quick, didn't get annoyed with our questions and got the job done. Used a coupon that got $50 off our bill which was also nice. Will use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Wow, this company's fees are exorbitant! To diagnose and fix a minor problem, there is a minimum charge of $599 plus a $79 dispatch fee. (They do tell you about the minimum charge when they arrive at your house.) We had been without kitchen lights for 3 days, so we went ahead with the service. They were able to fix the problem in 45 minutes. I almost wish it had taken longer.Over $600 for less than an hour of work!

Do Right plumbing came to my rescue on a freezing cold February day. My Propane tank had a faulty component resulting in no fuel source to my furnace. Significant damage was done to my home due to sustaining 3 weeks of no heat. DoRight not only found and corrected all the defective plumbing problems but acted as a General Contractor to manage all repairs. They were the only positive assistance in a very challenging situation. I trust the company explicitly.

I asked these guys to come out and estimate an outdoor gas line for my generator. Steve immediately felt genuinely interested in listening to my needs with a reasonable solution.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Mark & Vinny were out and replaced our water heater today (which was purchased someplace else). They did a great job. The leak was discovered by Matilda at Bonfe’s a few days prior when she was out doing our annual A/C check. She happened to notice the leak and let us know. She got us set up that day with a new water heater & got us on the schedule asap. Thank you Mark, Vinny & Matilda. Great job!

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
