Best Plumbing Fixture Replacement in Saint Paul MN

My father recommended Rumpca to me after years of fantastic service from them. They have now become my first call when I have a issue/need service, as well. They are quick to respond, very professional, and fantastic at fixing the issue and/or keeping me in the loop, in the event they need to get another part and return. I have used them multiple times now as well, and completely agree with my father on their excellent service and prices. Highly recommend making them your first call too.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

I called yesterday (7/31) morning when my main drain was backing up. The women on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful and thought it would be 2 hours before help would be available. Jesse arrived within the hour and was amazing. Introduced himself to me and my cat and got to work! He kept me informed throughout the process and thought it was important to get a camera person on the job. Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

My first call to this company was in spring 2019. We had a problem with our furnace. I said to their specialist that the furnace blows cold air (temperature at our home was about 64-65F). He wrote that the furnace heats very hot. I was suprisided. He suggested me very expensive complete check up. Our furnace was more than 20 years old and I and my spouse decided to replace it without check ups.Now 2 years were gone and we have the same problem with our new furnace. Service today company said that our warrancy was exparired and we have to pay for any check ups or their visits. We agreed for their maintaine about 1 month ago and their specialist take out a filter and said that our furnace is working, don't use a filter with high filtration level, use the cheapest simple filter. AND THAT IS ALL.Our furnace issue is still the same, it blows a cold air. I'm not a specialist in the heating systems but I understand that it is wrong. Why Service today spesialists don't understand it???Please, don't call to this company, don't order their service. They do love just money!

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

They responded quickly, were on time, and did a good job. My only hesitation is that I feel they were incredibly expensive. $600 to replace the flush mechanism in a toilet that didn't cost that much to begin with. They also tried to sell me a new toilet, and a water softener, saying they were doing a duty to inform their customers of all the options available to them. It didn't feel like that to me, it felt like hard upselling. So I would advise anyone who uses them to get another quote, and make sure that you're paying a fair price. In the haste to get the toilet fixed, I didn't do that and I regret it.

I found out about Dave through a friend. I have had Dave to the house for two jobs and both times he did a GREAT JOB! One job he was honest about and made sure he knew it was something that I could fix MYSELF! He is a family business and he has the interest of the CUSTOMER in mind! Dave is the guy I tell people I have a guy when they ask about plumbing!

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Great company! I called Paul the plumber due to my floor drain in the basement overflowing with a clog. He had a guy out that was able to arrive before our scheduled time at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable. Paul even explains things in a simple way over the phone and offers suggestions prior to scheduling a plumber to come out. Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Called with a few questions about a toilet the kids flushed a toy down. Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. Can tell he is knowledgeable and and a five star operation. Would definitely recommend.
