Blaylock saved me a bunch of money on the repair i needed done. All people who i interacted with to get the service done were very down to earth. And when the plumber arrived, he didnt wast anytime getting to work. They are hourly rated, so it was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend and plan on using them for any future needs.

Brian and his tech showed up promptly. They were both professional and informative on the issues with my clogged drain. I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. I have used roto-rooter on other drain issues in my house and will continue to use them should I have any more drain/plumbing issues.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

We continue to be the recipients of great service each time we call Rascher Plumbing & Heating. Mark did a fantastic job and patiently took time to answer questions and offer explanations. The work is always quality, the customer service excellent and the results outstanding. We've found Rascher to go above and beyond our expectations each time we've called them - including getting us a new water heater installed super quickly when our old one stopped working. Would highly recommend!

We had electricity out in 2 rooms of our home. Service Today came out for 3 hours and charged us $700 to tell us that they had no idea what the issue was and needed to spend an additional $1,000-2,000 to re-wire the rooms. The Service Today tech said he in 2 years has never been able to not find the issue. The Service Today tech also recommended my female partner who was home alone to call your husband to talk about the issue. That is completely inappropriate. Had a different company come out, charged us $150 and had the issue fixed in 30 mins. They only had to re-connect 2 wires. The electrician from the other company stated that he was going to go back to the office and tell the other techs how much Service Today screwed us and how incompetent their tech was. When we called Service Today to get our money back and complain, their best fix was to tell us someone will call us within 48 hours. Terrible customer service. I would advise everyone to choose a different more reliable company.

Pedro did a fantastic job with a faucet that was out of code. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and considerate in his determination of cost involved. We appreciated his prompt completion of the necessary job.

Andy was direct, positive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He put us at ease and offered tiered solutions so that we could figure out what we needed immediately versus what we could delay until we had more money.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Justin and the apprentice Andy. Had them change a shower valve and shut off valves for sinks and toilet. They arrived on time and were efficient, but not rushed in their work pace. They cleaned up and everything works great. I live in a 1920's Mpls bungalow, which always presents some issues. The work involved opening up a wall and improving on former homeowner's handyman special work. Everything is much improved and done correctly.

Had our water heater and a couple of valves replaced at a fair price and quickly. I would highly recommend Paul

I was having trouble with my new boiler. Spoke to Tanya this morning and she very helpful and patient. She asked me questions to verify the problems I was having. She was so nice and thorough. After we were finished she also set up another appt to check my A/C system. I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided!

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
