We have an older home with 80-year old plumbing fixtures. Other plumbers were reluctant to address some of the issues that we had for fear of working with old faucets and valves. A neighbor recommended Rascher as having expertise in working with older homes. Mark, who come out, certainly had that. He was clear in diagnosing our problems and explaining what needed to be done and how he was going to proceed. He successfully fixed our leaks and we could not be more pleased. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and highly competent. Rascher will now be our go-to plumbing service.

David arrived within the window given to me and also called ahead to be sure we were going to be home. David did a great job diagnosing our issue with our lights and also in fixing them. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

STEER CLEAR! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!We had a drain back up and when I called and spoke to Tanya, she stated that they were running a special for $99 and that was for the first hour and anything after the technician would discuss.The technician was at my house for less than 15 minutes and it cost me $189. He never gave us a receipt and told my husband one would be emailed.Called and spoke to someone else after the fact and asked about a receipt and never gave me a solution and then she stated that she was sorry about the misinformation.When I told her that they would be getting a bad review, she just said “okay, oh well.”They took $99 from us because their people don’t know how to clearly communicate to customers. Lost my business for sure…
