David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. Scheduler was friendly and easy to work with, and they were the only company that answered after hours and was able to schedule me. The repair technician Mike was incredibly professional. He arrived on time and was clear in his communication. It probably wasn't the cheapest but I felt I was in good hands. So happy to have my AC back.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and disrespect of my time. I had scheduled time for McQuillan Bros to come out and give a quote and was told they would be coming the scheduled day between 8am and 4pm. They finally arrived at almost well after 4pm.At that appointment they took a deposit for the work and scheduled to come out the next day at 8am.The next day around 9:30am I had not heard anything from McQuillan Bros. I gave them a call and did not receive any update of when someone would be out and was told someone would return my call. I had let them know that I had to leave my house by 2:30pm, which they acknowledged but still didn't ease my worries. The technicians finally arrived at about 1:30pm and left around 3:30pm.I am giving 3 stars because the technicians were very efficient and respectful. They did a great job!I will not be recommending McQuillan as a first choice to family and friends. Hopefully they can improve their customer communication and scheduling issues.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.
