Dennis was great - prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he had done and was quick to answer any questions we had. The cost was a bit more than we had anticipated, but we've never had our drains unclogged and had not checked pricing from other companies beforehand. Nonetheless, we are happy that we had this done and satisfied that our pipes are clean.

Ryan Johnson was very polite and respectful, he kept us updated throughout his service of our faulty toilet. He was very nice and did a great job! Would definitely recommend him personally and the company!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Update_ Owner followed up with me again and apologized for the first not so great encounter. I wanted to keep money in the local neighborhood was the reason for the call to this business. I appreciated the rapid response to rectify the first encounter.

The Owners Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was very calm and He tried had an attitude and began to tell me by guessing that it would be 4 hours to repace a Laundry tub thats already Up to code. I just wanted a replacement. He wouldn't even let me speak. I was not confrontational. Every job is NOT about money itself, it should be about the customer FIRST. Please get your Attitude better. We've used able plumbing a few times. Jake has always done quality work and exceeded expectations. It's hard to find an honest or competent contractor so to find both in 1 company feels like a win. Highly recommended

I was calling to get a quote for central air. I own a duplex and was immediately told they won’t provide me service. The phone rep was not interested in what I had to say. My duplex has separate heaters, separate water tanks, separate utilities, separate HVAC and I was not able to explain that over her interruption. A calm and polite explanation would have saved them from a 1 star review. I was ready to spend $5k-$6k but I will not be doing business with Bonfe. I have hired a new company who was willing to Listen to me. And they will be arriving on the 3rd of September to install. It was funny the phone rep answered by asking ‘how can I provide 5 star service today’ looks like they can’t. Either they need to train their employees better or have someone answer the phone who has an ideas about houses and not just how to schedule an appointment and be condescending.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.
