I had an emergency gas leak that needed repaired sooner rather than later. I called Rumpca and they sent someone out within an hour or so. They fixed the problem and really helped alleviate my anxiety!!!!

Went out of business without notice and did not honor warranties

This is difficult because the service tech was extremely polite and professional. However, the tactics the company uses is terrible and in my opinion very close to criminal. Be careful in agreeing to their diagnostic fee. I was qouted 589. Before they even looked at the problem. It turned out to be a simple circuit breaker and 5 seconds of work. There service visit and 5 minutes of sales pitch for 79 could have been avoided. And they call my industry crooked

I have had them out to do a couple different projects and they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. From the people on the phone to the technician, they were all so helpful. I highly recommend if you need work done, call McQillan Brothers.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Dan did an excellent job with the maintenance on our furnace. He discovered a failing flame sensor and replaced it before it failed and shut our furnace down.MSP is Highly recommended.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Tony installed our in floor heating and Smart tank water heater. The work was done very well with a clean job site. The piping looks like a work of art. We’ve especially appreciated the in floor heating and water heater this winter and our heating bill has too!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

Our boiler went out over the holidays and the guys at Cities1 did a fantastic job or removing the old equipment and installing a new boiler. The techs were clean, efficient and professional throughout the process. Couldn't be happier.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
