Lucas was Andy‘s right hand man as they installed my bathtub shower unit, and reinstalled the toilet and vanity with sink and new faucet in my newly remodeled bathroom. I would give them an 11 on a scale of 10 in terms of competency, efficiency, thoroughness, and friendliness. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they have done and Lucas did his job very well.

Plumber was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. So if rating only on him it would be a Five star. Unfortunately the same can't be said of the customer service department. I was doing a gut remodel and I made it clear it would be at least 30 days and possibly longer between rough and final plumbing. Two weeks after first visit, Customer Service called to set up final. I again informed them it would be at least another few weeks and I would contact them when I was ready. A week later I receive a notice on a Sunday that a plumber would be out at 7:00 a.m the next day. I of course canceled this appointment that I did not make restating I was not ready and would contact them. One week after that I received a voice mail from a customer service supervisor, asking whether or not I intended to use them and reminding me I had a final payment waiting on their books. So for the fourth time in six weeks I had to tell him I was not ready for final plumbing and would contact them when I was. This was not customer service as much as harassment and I would have to think very hard about using McQuillan again because of it.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Connor was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done in our home. He explained with detail what was happening to our boiler & water heater. He was very patient, kind and professional. Connor took the time to listen and answered all of our questions and concerns. Connor also installed 3 new thermostats that brought us up to date. He explained how they functioned in case an adjustment needed to be made with the temperature.Connor has great personality. He is approachable, takes the time to get to know his customers, and enjoys a laugh or two 😃.Brian Brown was also great to work with. He was personable, kind, funny and patient. He did a beautiful job installing the new boiler and water heater. He took the time to show us and explain all the new piping! Connor and Brian did a great job cleaning ip which I really appreciate. Brian took the time, although very early in the morning to get to know Danny & I and enjoy a cup of coffee. It is nice that BONFE hires folks with great social skills, great personality, and at the same time demonstrate professionalism, great work ethic and take pride on a fabulous job!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Bill showed up early, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, had it repaired quickly, and had the A/C up and running about 20 minutes after he arrived. Honored the warranty on the new furnace I had purchased from Apollo about 90 days ago. It was a good experience. Would recommend both Bill and Apollo.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

Terrible customer service. Our old water heater broke days before Christmas 2020 causing water damage. They were able to get one installed before the holiday. 3-months later, it broke while on vacation and flooded our entire kitchen/ceiling below. We had to file another claim with our insurance and are NOW being kicked off our insurance since Majeski said it wasn’t their fault the new water heater broke. The fitting used was fastened too tight, causing a slow leak that eventually broke loose. Majeski told us to sue the fitting manufacturer instead of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. This has been 2-years on ongoing hell and construction.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

This is a mixed review, as I've had both a good and bad experience with Cities 1, ironically with the same service person. I will do my best to just explain the facts and let anyone reading these reviews make their own decisions.
I was referred to Cities 1 a few months ago, and I had them come service my air conditioning in my townhouse. David R (HVAC) came, and he was very professional, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Given my general lack of knowledge on the subject, I felt very confident that David was doing great work at a fair price. We recently moved, and my duct-cleaning company said they could do their best work if the attic furnace were serviced by an HVAC professional first. So I called Cities 1 again, and I immediately explained to the rep there that this was my first priority. She assured me that wasn't a problem.
When the day arrived, I was thrilled to get David R again. But days later, when the duct-cleaning company returned, they informed me that the attic furnace was not clean. When I inquired about this, David insisted that wasn't one of his objectives and then tossed out some obscene figure to do the work. Again, I was clear with the first person I spoke to what the main objective was, that this wasn't just a general checkup. I have since called Cities 1 every four or five days, and no one has provided me any solution or shown any accountability.

Alex is very knowledgeable & such a sweet young man! He answers questions throughly and is extremely professional. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers fully understand what products or services they may need. He is personable and doesn’t come across like a typical salesman. He makes you feel like a friend and has no problem carrying on a conversation just about anything. He makes you feel comfortable and respects your decisions. Thank you Alex!!!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
