Although I have no doubt they do good work, their prices for electrical work are astronomical. Do yourself a favor and bring your business to a local mom and pop shop, you'll get a much better value. I called to have them quote a replacement 100 amp panel in the house I was selling, they were able to get it scheduled quickly and the technician arrived in the designated window of time they had said. There were a few red flags though, first the technician had to call a supervisor to check to see what the local inspectors would be looking for. I would expect the technician to be aware of things like that, I realize the code was just updated in November but still a bit surprising that he mentioned that. Secondly, he spent 5 minutes going over a brochure with me about how great Service Today! is and how many good reviews they have, I really don't need your marketing pitch when I just want a quote on electrical work. Finally, he showed me the price for a couple options and I couldn't believe it! They quoted $4800 for the most basic option, a panel replacement only. I ended up having a licensed electrician recommended by a friend do the work and when all was said and done it was $1700. Will not be calling them again in the future.

Pedro was amazing! He communicated the problem well and found the most efficient solution for our leaky pipe that caused water damage in the floor below. At every stage he communicated his findings and gave us options for solutions. He is the only person we will trust with our plumbing needs!

Alan came to do a quote for us. He communicated well with us throughout the process and was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. We elected not to proceed with replacing the water heater in question at this time. We did get other quotes that were thousands of dollars lower than Bonfe although Bonfe has longer periods where they manage and personally warranty the unit so it depends on how much insurance you want in that regard. I appreciated that Alan was willing to brainstorm multiple ways of approaching the issue and checked back in personally after the quote.

Tim came to my house this morning and did a fabulous job of cleaning and cameraing my sewer. He was efficient, clean, knowledgeable, and explained the process as he went. We have been fortunate to not need cleaning services for many years but Ron the Sewer Rat will be who we call when the next time comes.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement.
