My initial introduction was with the proposal i sought out for installation of gas lines for a range, dryer and garage heater. The company was responsive, and professional. The proposal competitive. The team that installed the gas line for my stove was also professional, respectful and efficient.

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

When I scheduled the appointment I was told the person that will come out will give me a bid and if I chose to go with it they will install the light fixtures I needed. Nope. The person that came out took a bunch of pictures and gave me a bid. I was so confused but was told a service technician would be out right away and do the install. Well that answer kept changing. They would come/maybe couldn't come. This, after I already paid! I really do feel like I was scammed. I was told the 75 service charge would be included in my 949.00 amount. Nope. Got 2 different charges. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is when the real electrician came out he seemed to know what he was doing and was nice and respectful. But it took less than an hour, I had everything already bought,, and they chrged all this money!!! I cannot recommend this business and will never use them again. ALSO, have yet to see any invoice. No email..nothing! Very scammy vibe.

I called for services to replace a bathtub faucet. He was very friendly and willing to come in the same day. He advised me of the $89.99 estimate fee but also told me if I'd hired him to do the job, that would be deducted from the total cost. He was very honest and of course he did the job and I must add, he did great job. I can see how it is hard to pay for estimate, but he took the time to come all the way to my home to check what it was wrong with my faucet and it seems fair that if I just wasted his time then to pay him for coming. If you ARE serious about hiring this company's services, then you should not have any issues with the estimate's fee. It is all reimbursable once you hire them. I highly recommend them. Trust worthy, conscious and honest.

Bonfe was incredibly helpful, and worked with me to get the best deal. They listened to the issues I was having and recommended a cheaper alternative for me than what I was originally planning.Bonfe sent TJ out to my home for a yearly tune-up and TJ did a phenomenal job explaining what he was doing! Bonus points for him for being patient with my cats, who were incredibly curious as to what he was up to.I've already recommended Bonfe to 2 other people, and will continue to do so.

Company showed up on time. Were explicite with the possible costs of the work and performed it in a prompt, professional manner and, cleaned up once the work was complete. I would definitely hire them again.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

AMAZING service from Gray Duck Plumbing from start to finish. Tina and Dan took a very stressful situation for a new homeowner and made it very approachable and easy. My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
