I can't say enough about McQuillan Brothers. I called the office just to ask about an estimate and Brook was amazing with the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was called back by Ben / Andy who was fantastic by the way he explained everything to detail. They sent Mark out to do my plumbing estimate. He contacted me and was on time and explained things in detail and was very personable. He kept it in my range I was looking for and the job he did was total quality work. He also cleaned up after himself.I also had Andy come out and give me a estimate on air conditioning units. Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Ben did a wonderful job. I discovered a water leak from my fridge in the ceiling of my basement late on a Friday night, and I easily booked an appointment online on Saturday morning. He arrived just a couple hours after booking and fixed everything quickly. Coincidentally, my toilet also started malfunctioning that morning, and he was willing to fix that too even though it wasn’t originally scheduled. Super helpful, thank you!

They came out to clean the main sewer line. Afterwards our floor drain wasn't draining. It ended up being a coincidence (they fished out a very old bottlecap and some broken tiles) but still came and fixed it right away. Good prices and fast service, and they took great care of us. Highly recommended.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍
