I am very happy with the solution Nick from Abbott Ferraro came up with. We needed to heat and cool our second story and it was not feasible to extend our current HVAC system up there. We went with a Fujitsu Mini-Split system. It is very impressive and keeps the whole space comfortable. I could not be happier! His team did a great job and they were very respectful of my property. Highly recommended!

We had a water leak late Friday night around 10:35pm. The water leak was coming from the fire sprinkler and from one of the light fixtures on the roof of our kitchen.and later the leak went from a trickle to a huge pour and we could not locate the source. We shut off the water main but that didn’t help, the leak continued. It became an emergency and we called over 9 24/7 emergency plumbing companies around us and none of them could come out to help for one reason or the other.The earliest time a couple of them could come was next Monday. We eventually got through to this company and Andy responded to our plea for help. He asked a lot of empathetic questions over the phone to assess the situation and asked that we shut off the main water supply and we told him we already did.The water leak had stopped by the time he arrived and he quickly got to work and investigated the situation and concluded the leak was coming from the unit next to us. He recommended and connected us to a water repair person before leaving.Andy was on time and very professional. He was conscientious and empathetic. His customer service was exceptional and consequently I recommend him and his company any day and I plan on using them for all my service needs going forward. Thanks Andy!!

This transaction made me sad. I ended up cancelling the service mid-transaction.I know just enough about my AC unit to ask questions. This seemed to annoy the tech. That was understandable--especially early in the morning--even I annoy myself that early. But then he began quizzing me in a patronizing way when he was going to push to upsell me. By the time he was telling me we should freon charge, I didn't trust him. He had said things on the exterior of the house like he knew the AC unit was on-- he could tell. What?!? It wasn't on. I had it off. That doesn't even make sense. We had a lot of communication errors that felt like unnecessary challenges or conflict.Anyway...the part they were going to replace(the capacitor) is a $15-30 part and they charge $600+. I honestly would have paid it as it's my error in not knowing and he was out to fix it, but I was pushed over the edge when we got in disagreement over a freon charge he was trying to scare me into though we don't know of a leak. The total he was working up to would have been over 3k. It felt predatory.I told the fellow we started off on the wrong foot and he removed the part. Awkward and a weird way to start a day. I actually felt bad for the guy because he seemed stressed and tired (aren't we all?)My tenants said they thought I should post something as they thought the interaction was weird. That was validating as I was trying to repair the unit for them and they agreed I did the right thing sending him away. I mean no harm to the business or the tech...this could have been one-time experience...but this is also the type of experience I dread when calling a technician for help on my home.There is always the chance that it was just bad communication between us. But also..maybe not.Just advocate for yourself,and if you have someone out, ask questions

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Dave was a great helping me assess what I needed, for both today and assessing future needs. The Homeworks agency was where I received financing, and worked well with communication everyone being on the same page. Josh was first here, and last to leave, and answered my questions about the new functionality of the boiler and hot water heater. They also included a smart thermostat. A slight hiccup with a malfunctioning part set us back one day, but no biggie!! Highly recommend.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Chris was excellent. My appointment window was 12--4 PM, but Chris was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come around 11:30. His work was very thorough. He found one issue with the furnace, and he did an excellent job explaining what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and my options for resolving the issue. He answered all my spontaneous questions about the furnace and HVAC system, and before he left, he asked me if I had any additional questions he could answer. I really appreciated his stellar customer service and the thorough explanations he provided.

We’ve hired Silver Tree to install a humidifier and service our furnace and AC. We got unlucky with some parts (not their fault at all) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable every time.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.
