Had a cracked main drain line out by the road. They showed up when they said they would, did the work the said they would and then some, and charged the amount the said they would to the penny. They were also $1000 cheaper than the next best price. Highly recommend!

My only negative comment is that the pricing felt unreasonably high, in the past we've had a similar service for 50% less through other providers. We couldn't use any plumbing in our house, so we did not have a lot of time to shop around and I wish the price was more economical. It includes a complimentary scoping of the line, which really isn't necessary and I wish they would exclude this in exchange for a lower rate. However, I really enjoyed the technician who came out to our house. He was attentive, communicated well and completed the service quickly. The scheduling platform is super user friendly and a great feature. The customer service reps are easy to get ahold of and answer your question quickly. If you are really in a pinch, like we were today, I recommend this company because they will come quick. If you have time to shop around and keeping the price low is important, look elsewhere.

We have been a customer of Aabbott Ferraro for decades now. The technicians go above the service I have received from other contractors. I have no complaints and I recommend this company very highly. I don't even think of calling anyone else when we need help.

What a rip off! I just needed an inspection on my dishwasher electric. The guy wanted to redo everything and charge me $930 for it! I only paid $700 for the original install. On top of it, he refused to work past 4, even though his arrival time was set for 2-5. He was also very impersonal. I just paid $79 for a ridiculous estimate. I'd strongly recommend going with a different company.

Do not use this company. Completely untrustworthy, overpriced and willing to threaten the customer.

I called McQuillan and I explained how the dishwasher overflow kept coming through into the sink. They estimated the project at a fixed price and said they could come over in about an hour. He arrived in the time frame he set and possessed a friendly and professional demeanor. Went right into the kitchen, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Along the way he explained a number of details about how the dishwasher and garbage disposal work as well as what we can do to avoid the problem in the future.Basically, the miscellaneous small food particles that make it through the dishwasher filters were getting caught in the disposal pipe and clogging it up. Excess water was coming out the air vent and onto the counter. We will now run the disposal after the dishwasher runs and help keep it clean and clear.I was given a perfectly professional receipt that came with a 30 day warranty for this type of job. He'll come back and clear the pipes again if the problem recurs within 30 days. My sense is we'll be fine.Thanks to McQuillan and we'll happily call again, considering McQuillan our plumber.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Erik Nelson plumbing has been an exceptional service. I’ve used them regularly for the past five years while owning a home in seward. They always do great work and get to the bottom of the problem, at a fair rate. I never feel taken advantage of, as I have with other professionals. Definitely recommend!!

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
