DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ENDEDUP PUTING IN A STATIC FILTER AT AN EXORBITANT PRICE. I FOUND OUT AFTER $6000.00 THAT I SIMPLY NEEDED TO HAVE MY AIR DUCTS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES TO GET THE FURNCE WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I feel they should refund my money. Ridiculous service, if you can even call it that. WARNING - USE ANYONE ELSE. THE ARE A JOKE!!!!!!!!!

Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

The technician Conor was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He walked me through all the plumbing in my house and showed me any possible issues as well as what was good. I didn't feel pressured at all to do any additional services than originally scheduled for but ended up adding one on that I thought was a good investment and best option to reduce future issues. Great job! Extremely satisfied.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation.
