We had a drain in our laundry room floor that was clogged and was causing a small amount of water backup. Our technician Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly laid out the pricing to get it fixed and went to work. He also helped remedy why it was happening and I now have a solution to keep it from happening again. Very impressed and will use Roto-rooter again. Great work.

Both of the techs we worked with were knowledgeable, easy to work with, walked me through the expense of the gas line installation, and why it cost more than most people usually think it will (he helped ease the sticker shock 🤣). These guys are a great local family owned business. I would recommend to my own mother without a second thought. Prices are reasonable and service quality is top notch. Customer service that cant be beat. My go to plumber when I am in too deep.

Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the bathroom upstairs:
- ENP was very responsive and able to come out the next day
- professional plumbers, and just nice guys in general
- quick to identify the source of the leak and fix it with as minimal damage to walls as possible
- reasonable pricing for high quality work

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I had Adam come out and help with a plumbing issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and effective! He helped educate me as the home owner and came up with a quick successful solution that took care of my issue. In addition let me know what more I can do in the future to help prevent issues.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.
