Have never had a problem that Roto Rooter couldn't solve, quickly and effectively. Received an email and phone call to let me know when and who would be providing the service and Mike, the technician, was right on time. He had to drill through my new siding to install the faucet but took the time to find a piece of matching wood from among scraps left by the siding crew, to perfectly patch the hole and seal the faucet. Really happy with the results and service.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Just can't say enough good things about ENP. First class people, first class work and first class service. Great communication. Friendly. Arrived to the minute when they said they would. Finished a big sewer job an hour early, and declined my payment for the full hourly amount, even though they richly deserved it. The plumbing assistant even used her down time to check and repair our dripping facets, without being asked or charging extra. This is old school service. Sure you might find a cheaper hourly rate, but you get what you pay for. You will not go wrong with these outstanding folks. Highly, highly recommended.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
