Rumpca replaced a toilet flange and U-joint feeding into the main stack pipe of my 75-year-home and re-seated and re-sealed the toilet. The technician was available an hour earlier than originally estimated: he was friendly and efficient and really seemed to take pride in his work, accounting for updates in part and pipe specs between 1947 and 2022. He completed the work for Rumpca’s reasonable estimated cost (and Rumpca initially provided the estimate for free as well!); he left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived; and Rumpca was flexible when it came to payment options. Our household has used Rumpca Services for decades: over the years, I’ve priced around for this project and others, and Rumpca is where I’ve ended up. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy, reliable plumbing/HVAC company so nearby!

The technician Conor was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He walked me through all the plumbing in my house and showed me any possible issues as well as what was good. I didn't feel pressured at all to do any additional services than originally scheduled for but ended up adding one on that I thought was a good investment and best option to reduce future issues. I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We were very satisfied with the service, work and the worker I believe was Jerry. I was not home, my son said he was very informative.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
