I appreciate the fact that the repair service on my air conditioner and hot water heater was addressed with same day service. Sadly I am unhappy with the two service calls I was charged. The hot water was just a wire to push in and relight it. Neither service was complicated and required replacing parts and the charge of $400. was very high.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. I've hired ENP twice. First for a service call and more recently for a remodeling project. It's awesome to find a tradesman who is passionate about his work. The methods and materials used were second to none. Not only was the finished product good, but the area was left completely clean(A minor detail but all to often lacking in the building trades).

Water heater started leaking on a Wednesday and they were out by Friday to replace plus update the shutoff valve on the incoming water. They coordinated with the city to shut off the water and swap out the old shutoff which was old and place in a awkward position. I was happy with the price quoted and the time estimate was spot-on. Zach was professional and informative of the process. Woudl recommend them for your needs.

After using multiple different plumbing services, I feel like Metro Plumbing has won my business for any future plumbing issues. Chris Larson, the tech that came to service my house was very professional, clean and did a great job explaining the issue. It feels good to have a company that I can rely on to get the job done on a very professional level. Mr. Larson did an exceptional job and we appreciate his service.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

Jake the Plumber was our first experience with hiring a plumber, and we were very pleased. They were prompt, the cost was reasonable, they took the time to go over the repair in detail, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We live on the opposite side of the metro from Jake's, and thus had a travel cost, but it was well worth it. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
