I ordered a custom diamond cabinet through HKB, this summer. The customer service was great, and the cabinet looks awesome. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because putting the fixtures in was much harder than it needed to be for this project. The cabinet arrived assembled, so the only thing to do was to put in the slides racks and drawers. For some reason they decided not put in any pilot holes, so i had to do all the measuring which is quite hard to do on a very tall already assembled cabinet. The builder could have gone that next step to put in the markings at least.

Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

Called on a Friday morning for Saturday service, which they allegedly provide. Was told they could be there in the morning and that the owner would call me back. No call back. I called back again after lunchtime and was told the owner was right there and would call back momentarily. You guessed it - no call back. I then called a couple of minutes after 5:00 p.m. Of course they were gone for the day. So here I am with a shower faucet that won't stop running and I've placed all my eggs in this businesses basket. They said they could do the job and I go no return call after 3 tries. Listen folks, if you want to be in business how about doing what you say you're going to do? Completely unprofessional.

I called Roto-Rooter this morning and they had Bob out to help me within a few hours. Bod discovered the water issue was on the city's side of the meter so there was nothing he could do to fix the problem. He checked everything on our end to make sure we weren't in danger of potential water damage from faulty pipes or valves. I recommend Roto-Rooterif you need quick service at a fair price.

We had a stopped up drain. My called other companies one came out and sold us on a product that would unclog the drain. Expensive bleach water. Tom with Bieg came out identified the issue and resolved it. We are happy with the results. Price was very fair. I would use them again!

Nick came at the time he said he would and helped us discover and treat a sewer smell coming from our basement. He was very helpful and professional. He made sure we understood the issue and gave us tips on how to avoid it in the future. We were so impressed with his service that his business card now sits in our trusted services file box! He did a great job!

Beware they quoted a price of 137.50 for the first hour any thing after the first hour is an additional 87.50. They also stated that it do not take more than an hour. Upon arrival the tech stated that it will be 137.50 for one drain any additional drains would be 87.50. The completion of the job did not come with a warranty. Proceed at your own risk.
