Encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee from this company, which for a service organization that advertises its business on the side of its vehicles, is a counterproductive way to act if you expect the public to employ your services. Encouraging your employees to be courteous to the general public might prevent further alienation of your company's reputation. I don't know if you provide competent services or not, but I will never know thanks to the inappropriate conduct of your employee.

I hired Henry Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen and mudroom bathroom and add a mudroom laundry this past spring. I saw a photo of a kitchen in the NYT style section and showed it to designer Sue McCann. Seeing my vision she planned and executed a fabulous kitchen and bath redo discussing new products and advising every step of the way.! Madelyn Thompson coordinated a very smooth work schedule keeping me informed and the various tradesmen on time. I started the project on Feb 26 and was finished on May 18. Work continued even during the pandemic with Henry employees Dale and John practicing safe construction. I am extremely picky and they responded to my every request or question. During any remodel there are things that are unexpected. Henry K&B worked with me to solve any issues during the process. I could not recommend Henry K&B more highly if you are considering a remodel!

I had a water inlet valve replaced, i was given a quote for $400.00 thinking this will take several hours i said ok, it took .45 min. Thats $400.00 an hour that they still charged me and then still added $28.00 for taxes, who makes $400.00 per hour? This was probly a $200.00 job at best

I had a toilet replaced & a bathroom sink unclogged. I found out each job was to be performed by a different person. The person unclogging the sink was very friendly & answered several questions I had regarding different options to unclogging and possible future cleaning of pipes for my older house. He was very thorough in the explanations, so I could make an informed decision on what to have him do or not to do.The person replacing the toilet was very good & efficient.I assumed (like with any other service we have had done at our home of 40 years) the workmen would look at the job and provide a proposal of the cost. This is where the confusion happened. He shows me a list of 4 or 5 options. This was unexpected and very confusing. The descriptions were confusing & vague so you did not really know what the service includes I was asking what all the different sentences meant and difference between the choices. I felt the explanation really did not help very much. I did not feel confidant in my choice. (I have handled many documents in my personal life & in my 32 years working for CPA's, so this should have been a no brainer for me.)Their descriptions in the contract need to be in laymen's terms. This would help the customer & the installer.With that said, I called their office the next day & voiced my concerns that I felt I chose too high a service for what I needed done because of not really understanding the choices.The person I spoke to, was unable to help but said she would have someone call me back the next day. The lady that called back the next day was very friendly and helpful and changed the service that was done to a lower choice and immediately refunded the difference to my credit card. I am very pleased with everyone I dealt with and the service was very good. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Office personal on the phone was rude and unprofessional when attempting to schedule an appointment.

Came out to drain tankless water tank. They quoted price for annual service contract over the phone. Said 79 when the plummer was out charged $129. I called office and stated we were doing service contract due to difference from quoted price. They did not say they would honor original amount. Avoid due to dishonest pricing

You will not go wrong with Anytime Plumbing. I am a tough critic but I could not have been more pleased with Anytime. Marscel was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made replacing the kitchen faucet look easy, a day after I had bungled my attempt at the job and made things worse. Calling a plumber usually means there's something wrong - often bad wrong - but call Steve at Anytime and he will put you at ease and assure you the job will get done correctly. Heck, Marscel even cleaned up before departing, which is not always the case these days with service folks. I know who I will be calling in the future when we need a plumber. Thank you Anytime!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...
