What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

Very inefficient. Bad customer service. Extremely bad attitude!

They showed up quickly and worked quickly to fix the issue of the basement drain backing up with sewage. The area around the drain that had the sewage was contained and avoidable but for some reason the workers decided to step in the sewage area even though I had placed clean pads around the area to be used to step on if need be. Didn't matter, I have poop sewage footprints in my basement, on the basement stairs, upstairs hallway, and leading into the living room and out the front door.

So now I have sewage contamination throughout the house to clean up all for a small area in the basement that backed up. I thought the pads would prevent any spreading of the poo but the pads weren't even used. No footprints on the pads.

I guess it's my fault for not asking them to not step in it and clean their feet. I didn't know that I had to ask. Most companies wear some type of booties on their shoes or something. Good thing that I don't have carpeting or else this would be a bigger issue. I just have a bigger mess to clean up and I have to clean it all up if I want to walk around the house without spreading it anymore.

At least we can wash our hands and use the bathroom now.

Beware of this company! They completely ripped off my elderly aunt and took complete advantage of her. They won’t return phone calls. They should be ashamed. I hope they are proud of themselves taking and old woman’s money who is on a fixed income. Please please stay away from this company. Karma will catch up to you all!

Thadius just goes around doing shotty work and ripping off the elderly.Netta is the name of the elderly woman you all took advantage of and by the looks of your reviews you all don’t have the best reputation with calling people back or maybe you need a new receptionist.

Great service! Was able to make time for my problem the same day, when other companies said 3 to 4 days before they could come out! Our service tech, Mike Culver was professional, explained options, and went over everything we were concerned about. Will definitely use Drain Masters again.
