Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Dave and Trent did a great job installing our faucets. Very professional and did a great job explaining cost and issues up front. Very happy with our new faucets and would definitely hire them again. Matt came out twice to Pacific Ice Rink on emergency calls. Fixed 3 overflowing toilets on a Friday night at 8pm. Next we had 4 pipes burst day after Christmas. Again Matt was there within hours. Kids did not miss an ice time and everything was fixed within an hour. We will use Python from here on out!!!!!

$ 370.00 for cleaning a drain in 7 minutes is outrageous and insultingly expensive, for people living on a fixed income, it hurts. Definitely, shop around, cleaning drains isn’t highly skilled or intensive labor.

Catanzaro plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty and they called me back fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.
