I highly recommend and will only be using Linek Plumbing for any and all of my plumbing needs. Their prompt and professional service along with their quality of work far exceeded my expectations. The technician Nick did an excellent job. He took the time to explain exactly what he found to be my concern, how he would repair it, showed photos of his repair, cleaned the work area even when I told him I would and stayed until he confirmed my repair was completed and completed correctly. My loyalty will remain with Linek Plumbing and I will share my recommendation with anyone needing a plumbing service.

These people were very professional. However, just a warning, they will charge you $65 to just come out and give you a quote for something. I've had over a dozen vendors to my house to give me quotes for various jobs and none of them have ever charged just to give a quote.

I hope this is the correct place to leave this, but I had to let folks know about our incredible experience. Our kitchen sinks started backing up late night on the Friday before Christmas. We knew that from past experience, calling Roto-Rooter was the only choice. We got quick response, but while trying to clear the pipes, more problems developed and it was discovered that we needed a plumber. I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name that came to help us that night. He was excellent and informative. He even discovered a leak from our first floor toilet that we had not noticed. Unfortunately, the next day we had snow and ice. There was a shortage of plumbers because of the holiday and weather, but Kyle #1451 still came in after a long day to check things out. The project was more than he could handle that evening, but he volunteered to come in on his day off (Christmas Eve) to get us up and running, then come back after Christmas to replace some metal pipes that were causing the repeat problem. We had family in town and we were so thankful. He did an amazing job, was friendly and helpful with great advice. Christmas dinner was saved, future problems hopefully averted, and we owe it all to Kyle for disrupting his family time to make ours a success. We will always call Roto-Rooter.

They did a great job jet-flushing out our main sewer line when it was clogged with sludge and their price was the best value in town.

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

The service appointment was moved up to first thing the morning after I called--great! The technician did a great job fixing the valve on our hot water heater and explained clearly why it was needed and what we should watch for in the future. This was very excellent experience.

I called them at 11am today because my main drain backed up. They told me a tech would be there In a few hours. Welp, its 11pm now....no call, no tech. Called a few times today and asked for ETA. You might have to wait another hour or so, but we are 24/7 so it's okay.
No, I don't need a guy in my front yard in the middle of the night trying to unclog my lateral.

As usual things happen at the worst times ever. Saturday night, 8:30 PM., basement floor drain stops up. Called a number of 24 hr. plumbers, no answer. Sunday AM. called Drain Masters, had a tech at my door in about an hour. Right behind the tech was the restoration crew. Problem diagnosed, repaired, mess all cleaned up and everybody was gone about an hour after they arrived. Thank you Thank you! Crew was a group of ROCK STARS Couldn't be more pleased!
