Best Repair Water Fixtures in Saint Louis MO

This review is based on a 27 second experience with Steve at Anytime plumbing. I asked if he could snake a drain and he said he didn't do that but sent me over to another contact who could. All within the space of 70 total seconds. We need more people like Steve!

Their timing, professionalism, and quality are the best I have seen working with a plumbing company. All-around excellent customer service!

It took me several phone calls over the course of 5 hours to get ahold of anybody at this company other than the secretary and the emergency plumber. I started around 10 am on Tues and around 3 pm I was told that it would take several days for somebody to get back to me. I was called about 15 mins later and given a general idea about how much the cost to excavate a line was. A plumber was able to come out on Wed and start work but at the end of the day couldn't tell me anything about actual cost, he could only tell me he didn't do billing. He worked for about 2.5 hours on Thurs, finishing the job so that an inspector could come out Fri. Even knowing all the materials and about how much labor the job would take he still couldn't tell me anything about cost except his guess that he told me not to quote him on. Come Fri he still couldn't tell me anything even when he was getting ready to concrete over the piping after the inspection was already completed. All of that & then the next day I can't use my washing machine because the discharge of the washer came right up the floor drain with a bunch of sediment and created a 4 foot radius of disgusting water (this problem did not exist before the piping repair). Call on Sat and the result: I'll call someone and try to get them over there and Can it wait until Monday which will cost the normal price?. I'm not even mad about the issue afterwards but I'm very much aggravated that I ended up being told that I'll get a bill for the work in 1-2 weeks but they can't tell me even an idea about how much it will be. I'll never use this company again.....still waiting for someone to maybe show up to fix the backup problem 2 hours (and counting) after it started today.

We had Brooks Plumbing come in and put a main stack in & Vents installed. They showed up with their crew did an awesome job was very professional and courteous. Gave them their own keys to enter the house for the time that they were working. Not one problem I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs this was a big job and they tackled it was no problem at all. Thank you Brooks Plumbing!

From start to finish this is a high quality company that will exceed your expectations! They installed 3 exterior natural gas lines for an outdoor kitchen (running the line under an existing patio) and two fire tables on a new deck. The timing on this was key as I had to coordinate the gas line work myself and not interrupt the schedule with the framing or electrical work. PPI met my scheduled date and even showed up the day before to walk through the project and insure they had all the right materials to get the job done during the tight window I had to work with. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job! The quote was accurate with no extra costs, even though they had to make a special run to put an emergency shut-off valve in a perfect location on the deck. AND the job was 30% UNDER my other quotes! PPI is my plumber for life!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

We are currently in the process of trying to open up a Bar/Restaurant and plumbing was a major issue for us. After going through multiple headaches and mismanaged businesses, Python came in and handled all of our needs. We passed inspection with flying colors, communication was amazing, and I always felt like they were in control and I did not need to stress about any plumbing needs. We came home from a week long cruise to find a waterfall in our beautifully finished basement. While we were gone a pipe had burst in our 1st floor bathroom and water could have been flowing for the entire week damaging both levels of our home. After shutting off the main water supply, we called Midwest Flood Restoration. They arrived at dawn the next morning, reasuured us that all would be well, then tirelessly worked for 5 days, removing wet drywall, pulling up carpeting, hauling away our damaged personal items, packing up items to be saved then drying out/sanitizing the entire area. We were ready for reconstruction in less than a week! Midwest Flood Restoration workers were truly our heroes and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of flood restoration work.

I just want to say Thank You to the crew at St Louis Handyman I am glad I have found a company that is reliable does quality work and has prices that are reasonable we plan on using them again on our next project.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

General Contractor used Cocos Plumbing a number of years ago when we built our home, and we are still dealing with shoddy workmanship many years later. First time we used our dishwasher, it leaked all over new wood floors due to improper hook-up. Most sinks leaked and had to be repaired. Stainless steel screws were not used in shower, resulting in leaks eventually. Toilets were not set right and two out of four had to be reset because they didn't use proper wax rings. And most recently, we have discovered that no shut-off installed in master shower. As plumbing is one of the major expenses in remodeling/building a home, I would steer clear of Cocos.
