Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Roto Rooyer. They were easy to contact and was able to provide the service on the same day of contact and was there when they indicated they would.Paul was very courteous and professional. He discussed the potential cost with me depending on the length of time it would take to complete the project. He understood what I needed and had the skills to complete the job professionaly in less than an hour which was also cost effective.The work site was secure and clean when he left. Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Punctured a hole in my pipe and these guys came to the rescue. Professional and friendly.

I hired Redington based on multiple personal recommendations and the initial interview with one of the owners. The scope of the project included replacement of the collapsed sewer line, stacks, new kitchen and baths, sump pump, and detection and repair of deteriorated gas lines in a mixed use building in the Tower Grove Heights neighborhood.

This was a historic restoration, so sensitivity to the existing structure combined with a strict budget made choosing the right contractors difficult. I could not have been more pleased with my decision to go with Redington. They were responsive and professional in all aspects of the project and even made suggestions on how to avoid maintenance problems in the future. Little on this project was standard so I especially appreciated that each plumber on the job adhered to the architect's plans and did their best to work with the other contractors on site to avoid costly delays in project completion.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

Amazing customer service by this company. The technician, Ty was professional and timely and was able to assess the issues quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner with minimal damage to my wallet. Ty was even helpful in providing a contact for someone to do some carpentry for us. We will never use another company for plumbing again. I am giving their contact information to all of my neighbors!

They came out on a Sunday and didn’t charge us anymore than they would have M-F. They were able to clear the clog in our master toilet pipe in just a short while. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Our 20+ year old hot water heater quit working, so we called AA Quick, which we have used for plumbing service for over twenty years now. We were immediately given an estimate for replacement. Kenny and his crew came to the house in the early afternoon, and by evening we had our new water heater in place. Kenny advised of several items that should be replaced to bring the system up to code and took care of the replacements. Our only problem was the next day when we noticed the water pressure seemed to be low. Even though Kenny had worked a long Saturday, he came back to our house Saturday night and promptly took care of the water pressure problem. We can't say enough about the years and years of excellent service we have come to expect and have always received from AA Quick. Thanks again AA Quick and Kenny!
