They have lots of hard to find parts. But I think they employ ex convicts or something. There was a product that they had in stock but the guy behind the counter wouldn't sell to me, when I asked why, the guy actually threatened me. I'm afraid to go back there, but I might have to. If I had to buy something that cost more than $10 it would have to be a major emergency, otherwise I would order it online or find another place.

They were very methodical in the process of transforming 2 bathrooms. The care they took of our home and the respect they gave us was so refreshing. It was a true joy to have this master craftsmen team in our home for 14 days. The finished rooms are magnificent!
