I am so happy with the sincere consideration from Dunn for my budget that I felt compelled to write a review. The techs at Dunn suggested Google so here we are. I live in the sticks where it is hard to find good companies and Dunn came out to give me a proposal for a new furnace. Upon arrival the tech found that the reason the furnace wasn't working was because of a faulty wire. He could've sold me a new furnace because I'm none the wiser. Instead he listened to me about my financial situation and decided to investigate further. Thank goodness he did because now I'm warm and I don't need a new furnace!!!!

Performance plumbing has performed multiple home improvement projects in our home. Bathroom and kitchen remodels were the highlights. Very professional organization. Being a new homeowner and never having a gas water heater I was a little lost when the pilot light went out. My model is newer so I was confused. I thought I had followed the directions correctly (I hadn’t) I called anytime plumbing due to their great reviews. Steve was very quick to respond (also it was 7:00 am) he was very nice and accommodating. He sent drew out to help me. It took under an hour for him to get to my house. Couldn’t have been any sweeter. He got it lit for me and explained the process. Also had some great advice and tips for me to use in case I needed them. I will definitely be using them again if I have any problems or need a new water heater.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.
