Awesome guys. They helped us get the house ready, repaired, and great looking prior to our kid arriving - painting, drywall, plastering, electrical, floor tiling, the works! We had a new hot water heater installed. Exactly on Bid and then even helped with a spire rebate. Dave and Nick were quick, neat, and Covid cautious. We appreciate there efficient work and professional advice about some future worked needed with our electric setup.

This company is great! Came out to instal some new fixtures and fix a running toilet. While they were there we discovered a leak at ice maker and they jumped right in and helped us with that as well. Moving into a new home is very hectic and they were very helpful!!!

My experience requires more characters than this will allow me to type, but I’ve posted my experience over the period of a year in the St. Louis Facebook group “Deals Gone Bad”. You can find it by searching the group for plumbing experts.
Unfortunately we can’t reply to their replies, but they reply putting the blame off on something else in every bad review. I urge you to read my experience with them on the fb page, and commenters who agree this company threatens people often when they performed poorly.
Not showing up for days when you’ve been scheduled, installing work that leaks after they’re gone, lying about having applied for permits. The list goes on and on. Their reply to this review is misleading to anyone reading reviews. I’ve edited this to mention that.
I do not have a groundwater leak. I have mud and rain coming through the hole they failed to patch, that they created. And only when it rains.

Dan did an amazing job! First off I called them at 730 and they had Dan on site by 930 even though the schedule was for all day.Secondly Dan wore footies, was cordial and super honest. Everybody is afraid of getting robbed by repairmen. I can honestly say this is the first time anyone from a service actually came in under budget from their initial estimate. I can’t say enough and I my family thanks Dan and the Hoffman bros crew! Will be using regularly!
